(ANSA) - BELGRADE, SEP 20 - The head of the EU's asylum
agency is facing misconduct allegations three years after she
was tasked with restoring the body's credibility following her
predecessor's abrupt resignation, the Financial Times wrote
today. According to the FT, the complaint is aimed at executive
director Nina Gregori, who took over in 2019. Employees of the
European Union Agency for Asylum called for a probe into top
management over alleged nepotism, misleading reports, and
mishandling of harassment claims in a complaint sent to the EU's
anti-fraud agency and the European Commission last week, the
daily said. (ANSA).
