(ANSA) - UDINE, 04 GEN - The new route Trieste-Genova, operated by FlyValan, will start on January 23.

Initially scheduled for November 27, the activities of the airline have been postponed several times due to the unexpected prolongation of certification procedures. Air operator certificate of FlyCompass "AOC" has now been upgraded to ATR-72 by the Romanian Air Force Authority and FlyValan is ready to connect Genoa and Trieste with flights scheduled on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

"We decided to produce a prudential and progressive return of FlyValan's production capacity, starting by the Trieste-Genoa route only, in order to better control and improve the quality of our service - said Evghenii Zagrebelnii, commercial director - We consider it important to make ourselves fully known and appreciated in the first instance by the communities of Liguria and Friuli Venezia Giulia. We count on them for the success of our undertaking".
