First "cross-border Eataly" to open in Trieste
Food store will gather products also from neighbouring countries

Farinetti presented in a press conference on Monday morning, together with project manager Antonio De Paolo and Eataly's executive chairman Andrea Guerra. "When we open a new store we study the identity of the place", Farinetti said. "We want every single Eataly to be unique. Trieste requested us to open our minds. In a historical moment so focused on borders, we wanted to open our store not only to products from Italy, but also from the neighbouring territories". Eataly is the biggest Italian food hall in the world, and each store comprises not only restaurants but also bakery, food and beverage counters, retail items. Eataly's first store was opened in Turin in 2007. (ANSA).
