Work: in Central and Eastern Europe few employed from home
Only Slovenia well over the EU average
20 June, 12:21The lowest percentage of people working from home was registered in in Bulgaria (0.3%) and Romania (0.4%), followed by Cyprus (1.2%) and Croatia (1.4%). A low proportion of people working usually from home was to be found also in Latvia (2.1%), Hungary (2.5%), Lithuania (2.6%), Slovakia (3.5%) and the Czech Republic (3.9%).
In the CEE region, only Slovenia, with 7.2%, registered a number of people usually working from home higher than the EU average. (ANSA).
