Bulgaria: revenue from foreign tourists grow in 2018
To 1.3 billion euro in first semester of 2018 (+9.7%)
19 August, 16:00In the first six months of 2018, revenue from foreign tourist arrivals rose by 9.7% year-on-year to 1.3 billion euro, local media reported, quoting the ministry and data from the Central bank.
Around 3.6 million foreign tourists visited Bulgaria in the first half of 2018, up 8.9% compared to the same period of 2017, with revenue going up by 8.1% to 490 million euro in June alone.
