Bosnia: Croatian President 'denies' genocide, protest
'Strongest condemnation' by Sarajevo
14 September, 18:37 (ANSA) - BELGRADE, SEP 14 - The Bosnian Foreign Ministry
today protested Croatian President Zoran Milanovic's alleged
denial of the Srebrenica genocide in a letter to the Zagreb
authorities. According to Sarajevo media, the note expresses
"the strongest condemnation" of Milanovic's alleged statements
made on September 12 in Slovenia during the working lunch at the
Brdo-Brioni regional summit, during which the Croatian President
allegedly stated that "in Srebrenica there was no genocide but a
serious war crime." At the same time, President Milanovic's
office denied the allegations about his remarks in Brdo. (ANSA).
