Premier Matteo Renzi and
Vatican Secretary of State Pietro Parolin discussed jobs at a
lunch in Rome on Tuesday, said Cardinal Gualtiero Bassetti, the
archbishop of Perugia, who was present.
"We talked about jobs and work, issues that are dear to
all of us," said Bassetti, adding that the discussion at the
Vatican's embassy to Italy, Palazzo Borromeo, was "very serene".
