A vintage car, once driven by former pope John Paul II and now restored, will be driven to Rome in time for his canonization on Sunday.
The 1958 FSO Warszawa M20 was used by John Paul when he was archbishop of Krakow and later came into the hands of German car enthusiast Marek Schramm.
The Polish-manufactured sedan had been stored for years in a barn in Poland and Schramm bought it at auction before restoring it.
