Soccer: Ventura not scared of Sweden

'We have to be Italy'

(ANSA) - Florence, November 6 - Italy coach Gian Piero Ventura said Monday he was not scared of the double clash with Sweden that stands in the way of the Azzurri reaching Russia 2018.
"It's an important moment for me, for my history, for the player...I'm not even considering the idea of not qualifying because we're certainly going to Russia," the coach said ahead of Sweden-Italy Friday and Italy-Sweden next Monday.
"The only priority is to's not time for dreaming, we must simply be Italy and trust our work".
Ventura added that Valencia striker Simone Zaza and Napoli midfielder Jorginho were back in the squad because they deserve it.
