Napoli beat Bologna 6-0 Tuesday
night to consolidate second position in Serie A, six points
behind odds-on scudetto favourites Juventus having played one
game more.
A brace from Manolo Gabbiadini and a hat-trick from Dries
Mertens helped Napoli to their biggest home win since 1987, bang
in the glory years of Diego Maradona.
Napoli are on 73 points with four games to go while Juve,
set for their fifth straight title, are on 79 with five games to
go including Wednesday night's fixture against Lazio at the
Juventus Stadium.
Napoli are eight points ahead of AS Roma who face
10th-placed Torino Wednesday night.
Roma are four points clear of Inter who travel to
11th-placed Genoa Wednesday, and seven points ahead of
Fiorentina who go to 16th-placed Udinese.
