Italy great Dino Zoff has said
"I've saved this one too" as he makes a strong recovery from a
three-week viral infection in a Rome hospital.
Former goalie Zoff, 73, the oldest World Cup winner as a
40-year-old with Italy in 1982, said he was "feeling a lot
better" at the weekend after his spell in hospital was revealed
by the Italian media.
Zoff won six Serie A titles with Juventus before going on
to coach Juve, Lazio, Fiorentina and Italy, leading them to
second place at Euro 2000.
