Pulvirenti admits he had "contacts" to save his club from
relegation from Serie B last season but says they had "no real
impact on the outcomes of matches," his lawyers said Monday.
Prosecutors said Pulvirenti admitted to paying 100,000
euros to fix matches and keep the Sicilian club in the second
tier.
