Fernando Alonso's memory was
stuck in 1995 after his accident in pre-season Formula One
testing last month and he was unable to recall the last 20 years
of his life for about a week, according to reports in Spanish
daily El Pais.
The McLaren driver is set to miss the season-opening
grand prix in Australia on March 15 after suffering concussion.
The two-time world champ reportedly thought he was still
a teenage go-karter who had not made his Formula 1 debut after
the crash.
"I'm Fernando, I drive go karts and I want to be a
Formula 1 driver," he reportedly told doctors.
