Facebook to introduce paid news

Test shortly with 10 media partners including Italian one

(ANSA) - Milan, September 27 - Facebook will introduce paid news items together with 10 world media partners by the end of the year, the California-based social media company announced in a meeting in its Milan office Wednesday. Tests on the formulas and subscription procedures for the news will start "shortly", it said. The partners will come from the US and some European countries including Italy.
