A joint session of both houses of
parliament on Wednesday failed to elect a new justice to the
Constitutional Court and two non-magistrate members of the
judiciary's self-governing body, the CSM, sources said.
No one reached the two-thirds majority needed to be elected,
the sources said.
As a result, a new joint session of the two houses will
necessary.
