Northern League leader
Matteo Salvini said Tuesday that Forza Italia leader Silvio
Berlusconi agrees with his policy proposals, but needed to
commit to them for the two opposition groups to cement a
coalition. "Being in agreement in principle is not enough,"
Salvini told his party's Radio Padania after meeting the
three-time premier on Monday. "You either write a joint
programme, and leave out those who have cheated you in the past,
or nothing can be done".
