Premier Matteo Renzi on Monday
met Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja, telling him
"we will destroy terrorism with determination because our
values, our ideas are too deep to be blocked by these people".
Voicing condolences for Sunday's Boko Haram attack that killed
86 including many children burned alive, Renzi said "we will
back your leadership in the fight against terrorism". Islamist
group Boko Haram have been responsible for a string of
atrocities in northern Nigeria, where they are bidding to carve
out their own State.
