Italy's public-sector borrowing
requirement (PSBR) showed a surplus of around 4.6 billion euros
in January compared to a surplus of 3.4 billion in January 2015,
the economy ministry said Monday. The PSBR is important for
calculating Italy's public debt which at about 133% of GDP is
the second-biggest in the eurozone after Greece's.
