Italian actress Stefania Sandrelli
celebrated her 70th birthday at Rome's Jackie O' nightclub on
Sunday with her daughter Amanda and son Vito, surrounded by
friends and colleagues spanning her 55-year career.
Sandrelli said she chose the location because she had spent
a lot of time there and because "it's the kingdom of my friend
Beatrice Jannozzi".
Among party guests in the club near Via Veneto, which saw
its heyday in the 1970s, were Corinne Clery, Paolo Villaggio,
Nino Benvenuti, Giovanni Soldati, Lina Sastri, Francesco
Rutelli, Ettore Scola's widow and children, Chiara Caselli,
Gabriel Garko, and Teodosio Losito.
