Actor Franco Interlenghi, who
made his debut in De Sica's Sciuscia' at the age of 15 before
going on to appear in other classic films by Fellini and
Antonioni, has died in his Rome home at the age of 83, his
family said Thursday.
Interlenghi made memorable appearances in Fellini's I
Vitelloni and Antonioni's I Vinti and also worked with Luchino
Visconti in his stage adaptation of Death of a Salesman.
Married to Antonella Lualdi, he had a daughter,
Antonellina Interlenghi, who is an actress as well.
