(ANSA) - Rome, December 22 -The Alberto Sordi Foundation has
loaned three paintings by Giorgio de Chirico to Rome's National
Gallery of Modern Art (GNAM), it was announced Monday.
The three paintings titled Knight, Hector and Andromeda and
The Troubadour by the 20th-century Italian metaphysical painter
will be on display at GNAM beginning December 23.
The Sordi Foundation was set up by iconic actor Alberto
Sordi, who died in 2003, and continued by his late sister
Aurelia Sordi.
