A 21-year-old Romanian man was
arrested Friday on suspicion of kidnapping and raping a
30-year-old woman near Genoa.
The man allegedly kidnapped the victim in her house, preventing
her from leaving, and attempted to rape her until she managed to
call for help through a friend.
Carabinieri from the Sampierdarena station charged him with
sexual assault and kidnapping.
