One person is dead and another is
missing after an avalanche on Sunday in mountains near to the
Aosta Valley town of Courmayeur, the emergency services
reported.
Rescuers found two other skiers alive and they are in good
condition, sources said.
The rescued skiers told the emergency services about the other
two members of their group, one of whose body has been
recovered, the sources said.
The group hit by the avalanche is from northern Europe, the
sources said.
