Carabinieri police on Wednesday
nabbed 14 young people accused of being part of a violent 'baby
gang' that committed crimes in Milan's Arco della Pace area, one
of the city's top most popular nightlife zones.
The suspects, aged between 15 and 22, are accused of crimes
including aggravated robbery and bodily harm in relation to
around 20 incidents that took place between June 2017 and April
2018.
The Carabinieri arrested nine minors and detained five
alleged adult members of the gang.
The gang features three females, who allegedly approached
victims asking for a cigarette before their accomplices launched
their attack.
