A former surgeon got 15 years on
appeal Friday over the deaths of four patients at his clinic in
Milan, down from a life term at the first-instance trial.
Pier Paolo Brega Massone was found guilty of involuntary
manslaughter, lowering his jail term, judicial sources said.
His former right-hand man, Fabio Presicci, on trial for two
of the deaths, got seven years and eight months in jail.
