A Rome judge on Friday sent 24 people
to trial over the the multi-million-euro crack-up of the
Catholic healthcare group that ran Rome skin hospital IDI and
two clinics. Father Franco Decaminada, a former IDI executive,
is among the people indicted. The judge also handed down two
convictions in relation to the case on Friday and accepted
around 10 plea bargains.
