Messina's water supply was cut
off again by a pipeline fault Tuesday after the Sicilian city
was left without water for 20 days six months ago.
The head of the local water company, Leonardo Termini,
promised that a leak in a pipe outside the city would be
repaired by Wednesday night.
"The city will have water again tomorrow morning," he
promised.
