Puglia, Sicily and Calabria's
Tyrrhenian coast can expect an early wave of warm temperatures
on Tuesday, with highs reaching up to 26 degrees, said Epson
Weather Centre on Monday.
Temperatures in the regions on Monday were already
unseasonably sunny, with 24 degrees in Brindisi, 23 degrees in
Bari and 22 degrees in Catania, Lecce and Reggio Calabria.
Meanwhile in the country's north, morning precipitation is
expected on Tuesday with the usual cold temperatures for this
time of year.
On Wednesday snow is expected on the Alps, the eastern
Alpine foothills, and the northern Apennines above 600-800
metres.
In the second half of the week, weather is generally
expected to improve, with the exception of a light Atlantic
storm system to hit central-north Italy between Thursday and
Friday.
