An inactive bomb was found
at the town of Torre Annunziata near Naples Wednesday.
The bomb was found in an abandoned office building near a
school and the local station on the Circumvesuviana line, which
was immediately closed.
The area was cordoned off and a bomb disposal team sent in.
The rail line was reopened when the bomb was found not to be
live.
A cache of weapons and drugs was found near the bomb,
leading investigators to believe they were left there by a clan
in the local Camorra mafia.
