Salvatore Girone was
discharged Monday from the Indian hospital the Italian marine
was taken to after contracting dengue fever recently.
"Salvatore Girone discharged in good health...well done
Indian and Italian doctors," tweeted the Italian defence
ministry.
Girone and comrade Massimiliano Latorre are accused of
killing two Indian fishermen in February 2012.
The Hamburg-based International Tribunal for the Law of the
Sea last week put the case up to the International Court of
Justice in The Hague.
