(ANSA) - Milan, October 15 - Expo Milan 2015 has topped the
20 million visitors mark, Expo commissioner and CEO Giuseppe
Sala said Thursday.
Sala said he was "tired but very satisfied" at the result
achieved exactly two weeks before Expo closes on October 31.
"Not that the numbers are the main factor, but I am very
satisfied. Very tired, but that's ok. And tomorrow is the big
day," he said in reference to the presentation of the Charter of
Milan on global food security to the UN Secretary General Ban
Ki-moon during his official visit to Expo.
President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella will be
present.
