(ANSA) - Bologna, April 14 - Work on the Milan Expo 2015 world fair will be completed in time for the doors to open on May 1, the head of farmers' association Coldiretti said Tuesday.
"We know that work is going ahead at an incessant pace, and we are on schedule for our activities," said Roberto Moncalvo during a pre-Expo tour.
"More in general, I think Italy will be true to itself not only in delays but also in its ability to get to the date on time this time too," he said. Reporters had asked Moncalvo about reported delays in finalising work on the event which runs from May to October on the theme Feeding the Planet, Energy for lIfe.
