The International Monetary Fund on
Tuesday confirmed its 2019 Italian growth forecast of 0.1% and
cut its 2020 forecast from 0.9% to 0.8%.
There is persistent uncertainty on budget prospects, the IMF
said, confirming its April view.
This will impact investments and domestic demand, it said.
In wider remarks the IMF said climate change was a growing
threat to health and economies.
