A 200,000 rise in steady jobs in
2018 was due to the government's dignity decree, Labour and
Industry Minister Luigi Di Maio said Thursday.
"These are the first effects of the dignity decree and they
give me a lot of enthusiasm to go forward on this road," said Di
Maio, the architect of the decree which was passed last summer.
The deputy premier said "I well know the problem has not been
solved, there are still too many temps who deserve a better
life, the road to travel is still long but today, at least, we
know we have started the right one".
