The stages leading to the
merger of the publicly held highway operator ANAS with State
railway company Ferrovie dello Stato (FS) are the "definition of
the new programme contract and the consignment of ANAS to FS",
ANAS President Gianni Vittorio Armani said Thursday.
The programme contract could be ready before the end of the
year, while the consignment could "realistically" happen by
mid-2017, "if we run", Armani said.
