on Wednesday said it would start an accelerated examination
process of appeals by Italian farmers against the measures taken
by the Italian government, including the mass felling of olive
trees in Puglia, to stop the spread of the Xylella virus. This
process, once initiated, would lead to an immediate date for
hearings, judicial sources said.
