Italian picture framers,
haberdashers, second car salesmen and clothes stores all
struggled under the poverty level in 2013 with declared incomes
of under 8,000 euros, according to figures disclosed Thursday by
the economy ministry.
Dry cleaners were barely better declaring average incomes
of just 8,100 euros per year, slightly less prosperous than
toyshops with an annual income of 8,200 euros and booksellers
who said they earned 9,600 euros per year.
Construction entrepreneurs for their part declared average
losses of 8,500 euros in 2013 while discotheques and night clubs
also declared losses of 1,300 euros.
Fishers made an average loss of 400 euros and spas and
thermal bath establishments posted average losses of 900 euros
while motorcycle salesman also evidently were in the doldrums,
registering average business losses of 1,700 euros, the Treasury
said.
