Two Expo 2015-themed Airbus
330 aircrafts were presented in demonstration flights on Monday,
one landing at Malpensa airport in Milan, and the other landing
at Abu Dhabi airport in the United Arab Emirates.
In early August, U.A.E. national carrier Etihad Airways
acquired a 49% share in Italy's struggling airline.
Etihad's CEO, James Hogan, was on hand at Malpensa for
Monday's landing, together with Alitalia President Roberto
Colaninno.
