At least 14 migrants died off
Libya after their wooden boat was marooned for days without food
or water, Misrata security forces chief Colonel Hisham Aldwaini
said Tuesday.
The boat was found off the Libyan port city with two bodies
aboard, and the 10 survivors said they had thrown another 12
bodies into the sea, he said.
The boat was hoping to reach Italy but instead drifted for
days, he said.
