Companies can legitimately
access workers' computer files, the European Court of Human
Rights ruled Thursday.
Ruling in favour of French railways, it said the files did
not bear the name "private" and thus could be opened even in the
absence of the employee.
The ECHR upheld the acquittal of the French railway company
by national courts.
