Professor Raffaele Pascarella,
the surgeon who operated on Valentino Rossi, said Friday that
the MotoGP rider will stay in hospital for three or four days
and will then need "30 to 40 days of convalescence". "Then he
will have to do physiotherapy at a rehabilitation clinic,"
Pascarella told a press conference. "He wants to return to
racing. I was struck by his tranquility".
