EU Duty President and Maltese Prime
Minister Joseph Muscat on Friday warned that the Union faces a
"slow death" unless it changes.
Speaking ahead of a summit marking the 60th anniversary of
the Treaties of Rome, Muscat said "If we stay where we are there
will be no certainties for the future but a slow and painful
death".
