Italy goalkeeper Gianluigi
Buffon stopped a penalty as part of a long series of remarkable
saves and Juan Cuadrado scored an outstanding goal to give
Juventus a 1-0 win at Lyon in the Champions League on Tuesday.
Victory keeps the Serie A champions joint top of Group H
with seven points from three games alongside Sevilla.
Colombia midfielder Cuadrado came off the bench to blast
home a remarkable strike from a tight angle in the 76th minute
and earn Juve the spoils.
The Italian side were in 10 men at the time as midfielder
Mario Lemina was sent off for a second yellow card in the 54th
minute.
"They can organise my funeral, but nobody is going," Juve
captain Buffon, who has taken flak for some recent mistakes,
told Mediaset television.
"I've heard many stupid things in recent weeks".
