The death toll from an explosion at a fireworks factory near Bari rose to seven Friday as another three bodies were spotted in the rubble. They have yet to be recovered.
The blast ripped through the plant at Modugno for reasons that have yet to be established.
Six people were injured, one seriously, police said.
