Suspects belonged to Moccia clan operating in Naples province

(ANSA) - Rome, February 9 - Police on Tuesday arrested seven people on suspicion of belonging to a criminal organisation linked to the Neapolitan Camorra mafia that operated in the fruit and vegetable and mozzarella-making sectors in Rome. Searches were underway in various regions across Italy. The suspects are said to be leaders, affiliates or frontmen of the Moccia clan operating in the province of Naples. Assets to a total value of one million euros were also seized in the operation.
