(ANSA) - Bologna, March 7 - Prosecutors are investigating reports of alleged maltreatment suffered by a teenage Muslim girl at the hands of her family, it emerged on Monday.
The girl, aged between 14 and 15 and of north African origin, reportedly told a teacher at her high school in Bologna that she had been hit with blunt objects by her parents and two elder brothers, slapped and had salt rubbed into her eyes.
