Committee officer examines the bodies of victims killed the
shelling of the food market in Donetsk, Donetsk region, eastern
Ukraine, 21 January 2024. Twenty-five people were killed as a
result of shelling of the Kirovsky district of Donetsk, about 20
more were injured, among them children, according to the head of
the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin. It is reported
that a combined strike from 152 mm and 155 mm caliber artillery
from the Ukrainian defense line in the Kurakhovsky and
Krasnogorovsky directions was carried out on the block where the
