Leilman, Morogo, Wanjiku and police informer Peter Ngugi were
found guilty of killing human rights lawyer Willie Kimani
together with his client Josephat Mwenda and a taxi driver in
2016. Justice Jessie Lessit sentenced Leliman to life, Cheburet
to 30 years, Wanjiku to 24 years, and Ngugi to 20 years of
