Marcos Jr., ordered a suspension of classes and government
offices in Metro Manila and selected neighboring provinces as a
tropical storm with local name 'Florita' is affecting parts of
the northern Luzon region. The tropical storm is expected to
move out of the Philippine area of responsibility by 24 August.
