Scimpanzé salvato dal contrabbando allo zoo di Kathmandu

A pair of baby Chimpanzees being smuggled through Kathmandu from Nigeria in 2017 were rescued by Nepal Police and later handed over to the zoo. According to Central Zoo Director Rachana Shaha, the chimps were about 3-6 months old at the time of rescue, health conditions were severe, they looked frightened, and they did not trust humans.
